This was going to be a North Sister Mazama climb, but high snow on the trail, then Mazamas permit restrictions turned it into a private climb on North Ridge of Adams. Thomas Dodson joined in, 8 years after we first met on my first climb of this route, plus Agreen Ahmadi, Sam Wanzenreid, and Mikhail Hakim, all strong and enthusiastic Basic grads. The road had just cleared to the trailhead, with bazillion mosquitos! None when we got to high camp, but they arrived by the time we returned from the summit. Which I was the only one not to reach - was not feeling either energy or enthusiasm, and my knee was dislocating. Apparently nothing major wrong, just have to let the tennis injury (!) heal I guess. Or finally get new knees...
